Every order is handled with care and shipped via reliable courier services, ensuring your official Formula 1 merchandise arrives safely and on time.

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped.

Delivery time typically ranges from 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location and the delivery company.

📍 Order Tracking Process

After placing an order and completing payment, our team will begin processing your order within 1–3 business days.

Once your package is handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking number via the contact method you provided (usually by email)

You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status directly through the courier’s website or our tracking: TRACK YOUR ORDER

If you do not receive your tracking number within 3 business days, feel free to reach out to us via Facebook or Instagram and we’ll assist you right away.

⚡ Fast Delivery Option – Same-Day Service (Bangkok Area Only)

For customers located in Bangkok, RS Apex Motorsports offers a same-day delivery service through Grab Express, Lalamove or other.
This is a great option if you need your item urgently or prefer a faster alternative to standard shipping.

Same-day delivery is available only within select areas of Bangkok, and delivery times may vary depending on distance, traffic, and courier availability.

This service is not available by default at checkout.

Our team will confirm the availability, estimated delivery time, and any additional delivery fees based on your location.

Once confirmed, we will coordinate with you and arrange for the item to be delivered by courier as soon as your order is ready.

🔁 Refund & Return Policy

At RS Apex Motorsports, customer satisfaction is very important. If there is an issue with your order, we’re ready to help.

We accept refunds or returns if you received the wrong item, if the item arrived damaged, or if the product is defective.
To request a return, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your case.

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, items that have been used or damaged by the customer, or any sale or clearance items.

If your return is approved, we will guide you through the return process. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless the problem was caused by us.
